What is the Support Plan?
The Blytheco Enhancement Prepaid Support plan includes one year unlimited telephone support for your enhancement. This Support plan is renewable.

What is the Maintenance Plan?
Your initial enhancement purchase price includes a one year maintenance plan for updates. This means that when there is an upgrade to Sage MAS 90 from v4.1 to 4.2 for example, you will receive a matching upgrade to our enhancement. This Maintenance plan is renewable. Our Annual Maintenance Renewal includes all updates and fixes for this enhancement and compatibility upgrades for future Sage Software version releases.
