Add-It! for Sage MAS 500
Control costs with a simple solution: Add-It!
If you frequently need to add fuel or other surcharges to
customer orders, consider Blytheco’s Add-It enhancement.
Add-It uses standard Custom Office user-defined fields to
easily establish rules for how and when to apply
surcharges to sales orders and invoices.
The easy set-up of Add-It takes place within
Accounts Receivable. You choose to apply
surcharges as required: on sales orders,
invoices (from Sales Order, Accounts
Receivable, or Job Cost), or credit
memos. The charge can be calculated
as a percentage or a flat fee, with the
option to override the charge available.
You can also establish minimum and
maximum charges. The calculation can
be applied globally or by customer as
needed. Surcharges flow to the general
ledger via posting journals and reports.
